RETURN RULES

Order cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, the full amount will be refunded to you. We cannot cancel an order once the product has been shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

We accept product returns. The customer is entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To return the product, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must be attached to the returned goods. Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.
Shipping costs will be charged to customers at most once (applies to returned goods); the consumer will not be charged for returning the product.

Replacements (if any)

Once the return has been received and verified, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the return. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method on the date specified.

Late or missing receipts (if any)

If you still haven't received your refund, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before the refund is officially released. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a replacement to be booked. If this has happened and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@7bess.com.
